Mogeesha Crafts is run by Brian in Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland. You can contact us about privacy through the contact page.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
When you phone, email or message us on Facebook we receive the details you choose to share.
When you visit the site our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and arrange anything you ask for, such as a visit or an order.
- To keep the website secure and understand overall visitor numbers.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as sales records.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare – website hosting, security and cookieless analytics.
- Web3Forms – delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider – stores our correspondence.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages that don't lead to a sale are deleted within 24 months. Sales records are kept for up to six years to meet tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we don't ask for cookie consent.
